Why would a retired teacher give up sleeping in to be in a 7:00 a.m. aerobics class three days a week at the YMCA? The answer is Corrie Noll.

I have been in her low-impact class for over ten years.

Her knowledge of fitness standards and exercise physiology give her the expertise to plan effective and challenging routines. Her vast experience allows her to adapt the routines to all ability levels.
Corrie’s upbeat and positive personality motivates her students to perform at their highest level.

With Corrie as our leader we have become a group of “Fit Friends“ who socialize outside of class, celebrate each other's successes, and give support in challenging times.

“In our crazy Covid world, it’s especially reassuring to know how good energy just cannot be contained.
A dear friend of mine from the West Coast told me about Corrie’s virtual workouts in the early days of lockdown. My gym had closed, and I’d been doing random stuff from the internet, none of which was really satisfying.
Since then, I’ve been faithfully setting aside almost every Tuesday and Thursday morning for Corrie’s amazing hour+ workouts.
I add weight when necessary to really get my heart rate up, and always finish in such a positive state of mind due to Corrie’s upbeat attitude and varied and fun workouts.
